Products and Prices
Product descriptions, sizes, colours and prices appear on each product page. Prices are in USD. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Please review your selected product and size before submitting an order.
Payment Authorisation and Order Acceptance
When you submit an order through an enabled payment service, you authorise payment of the total displayed at checkout. Payment authorisation does not by itself establish order acceptance. An order is accepted when neeomyndd confirms it. If there is a question about an order, contact customer support.
Delivery
Shipping is available to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, excluding territories and APO/FPO addresses. Eligible orders receive free standard shipping. Estimated handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for cutoff and working-day rules.
Taxes
Tax charged by the store is shown as $0.00 at checkout. This does not mean that the products are legally tax-exempt.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests can be made within 30 days of receipt. Conditions and return shipping responsibilities are described in the Return & Refund Policy. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 days.
